About Us

The overall mission of Managed Care Concepts (MC2) is to provide the highest level of professional counseling services to employees and their family members through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Managed Mental Health Care Program.

Professionals help members manage personal and job-related problems. We help increase their productivity at the workplace and offer clinical intervention to help prevent more serious problems from developing.

Managed Care Concepts (MC2)

Is a Florida-based, privately held company founded in 1993. We are not a subsidiary or an agent for any treatment provider or insurance company. Managed Care Concepts is a completely independent Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Managed Mental Health Care Program. Therefore, we make treatment decisions that are in the best interest of the clients and the companies that we serve.

We provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to various companies in a wide range of industries across the United States and Canada. Some of these industries include health care, finance, manufacturing, schools, local government, entertainment, and professional sports.

Consists of licensed mental health professionals and a network of subcontracted affiliates with appropriate credentials that meet our highest standards. Managed Care Concepts is extremely knowledgeable of the EAP and Managed Behavioral Health system. Companies can count on continuity of care for their employees and the consistency of superior customer service.

Assistance Is Typically Requested for (but Not Limited to) the Following Issues:

Alcoholism/chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, stress, post-traumatic stress, basic financial problems, relationship issues, AIDS, eating disorders, abuse, family violence, job-related stress, addictions, and others.

Professionals work with children, adolescents, individuals, families, couples, and the elderly.

In addition to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services and managed mental health care, Managed Care Concepts also provides services in organizational development and effectiveness, drug testing, training, and consultation.
